Our special Kit includes everything the engineer will need to complete your installation. Your chosen EV Charger will be pre-assembled with some of the complex electrical installation processes completed on our site before the EV Charger is packed within your kit and shipped to you.
The prebuilt kit of parts is then ready for the engineer to complete the final processes at your home. This ensures that every EV charger installed by EV Home Connect is fitted in line with our standard installation process. It ensures that our service and quality levels are of the highest standards by maintaining a proven and tested repeatable process.
All of the EV chargers sold on this web site are supplied with one CT monitoring clamp device only. The supplied CT device will be used to measure the energy usage within your home which is required by your new EV Charging Device. If further CT devices or remote monitoring systems are required to measure other areas of your home energy system (Solar, Battery Energy Storage, Air Source Heat Pumps etc) additional costs will be required. This installation will be quoted as a Bespoke installation, please complete the Bespoke Installation form, shortly after this form is submitted you will be contacted by one of our team to discuss your requirements. We will then assess your needs and submit our quotation for the specific requirements at your property.
What is a CT Clamp?
CT clamp devices are used to measure the flow of energy or the load going through your home, to monitor energy being produce by Solar or wind and/or to measure the usage of energy being used by things such as Air Source Heat Pumps. This data and usage information is presented to you through the use of your specific product monitoring and control App for your specific equipment.
